These are the current programs offered at Floyd Farms Weightlifting. All programs are delivered through Train Heroic to your phone whether you work with me locally or are remote. For ALL teams, both boys and girls are welcome!

Olympic Weightlifting

NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW MEMBERS
Learn the Snatch and Clean & Jerk and the accessory work that makes you strong in these two classical movements. Become stronger, more competitive, more confident, and be part of a team. From local meets to the international platform, I can get you there. Now serving local and remote athletes. Whether you are local or remote, I will set up a time to assess your skill level and we’ll create a plan to get you where you want to be. All plans are 5 days of work per week unless noted and you can decide what days you want to work or be off in order to fit your schedule.

Currently there are 2 paid programs that fall under the Olympic Weightlifting team:

1. General – $30 (US) a month
This is a monthly subscription to the Floyd Farms Olympic Weightlifting Team. This subscription is your programming plus gym membership if you plan on training at my gym where I will personally coach you.
With this subscription you get access to the ongoing training that is posted in Train Heroic, team chat to ask questions and post videos of your lifts, and direct access to me as a full member of the team, plus a free team t-shirt! On this team your general lifting schedule will follow the national calendar to peak for 3 to 4 major meets per year, including Nationals and American Open Finals. This membership is for local OR remote lifters, men or women. You will be billed recurring monthly until you cancel.

2. Personal – $50 (US) a month
This is a monthly subscription to the Floyd Farms Olympic Weightlifting Team for PERSONAL coaching. This plan is ideally for those who have already been lifting for a bit and are ready to move on to the next level of competition.

With this subscription you get all the benefits of the General plan for the Olympic Team above PLUS…
* A customized plan for future meets with the goal being National level or higher meets…
* Nutrition coaching…
* Weekly video calls to review lifts, keep in touch, and plan for upcoming work…
* Open gym time at whatever time works for you if you are local or visiting…
* One live video session per month while you lift and I watch and coach you (remote only.)
* I will travel to coach you at any National level meet or higher. This includes the American Open series or your state’s Championship meet.
* Did I mention the free t-shirt? 
This membership is available to local OR remote lifters, men or women. You will be billed recurring monthly until you cancel.
If you are invited to join a Team USA international team or you earn a medal at a National level (or higher) meet while on this plan you will be free for life.

Lacrosse Performance

$30 (US) recurring billed monthly

Do you just play Lacrosse or do you live it? If you live it and you want to get your game on point and take it to the next level this is your program. It is 52 weeks of workouts that build strength, speed, and conditioning and it’s all built around the typical Spring season. If you play Fall ball or play in Summer clubs we can adjust your program to fit your needs and timing. There is a reason that NFL Hall Of Famer Jim Brown played Lacrosse in his football offseason…it will get you in shape. I have the tools and the know how but you have to take the first step. Functional Fitness

Are you ready to just be better at life? Are you training for your entry into the armed services or a first responder position? You give me 12 weeks and I’ll have you feeling like a brand new person…fitter, leaner, stronger, and ready to take on whatever is thrown at you. This is what you would typically find in a “Crossfit” gym but with that little extra spice Floyd Farms Weightlifting is known for. The daily plan looks something like this…Warm Up, Skill or Strength work, and a 5-30 minute workout that exploits those skills or that strength you just trained. Do not be mistaken…5 minutes is sometimes all it takes. Don’t worry though, if you pass out the workout will still be there waiting on you. Think you have what it takes? A word on training remotely…

With Train Heroic I am able to send you programming for a day, a week, or a whole month at a time. If you need an extra block to work on a certain skill, technique, or even any sort of rehab, I can program that for you too all directly through Train Heroic to your phone. You will be a part of the team and will be able to participate in team chats with others like you that are doing the same workouts. Compete and throw your numbers up on the leaderboard for the day. You will be able to ask questions and join the conversation with everyone else and more importantly, you will have direct access to me. Im available 24/7 to you to answer questions, review a lift, or offer suggestions if you find you do not have the right equipment.
